Next day tiles come out of a UK warehouse, which means a second set of handling, storage and stockholding costs sitting on top of the factory price — typically 25–40% on the same product.

It also narrows the range dramatically. UK stockholders carry the fastest-selling sizes and colours; the full Italian range of finishes, formats and colourways stays in Italy.

How our 7-day delivery works

Orders are picked in Italy within 24–48 hours, palletised and moved by road freight to the UK. Typical door-to-door is 7 days, with 9 days as our outside case for Highlands, islands and remote postcodes.

You get a tracked pallet booking with a delivery window, and larger floor and paving orders arrive on a tail-lift vehicle with a pump truck.

Planning a tiling job around a 7-day lead time

Order tiles before the substrate work starts, not after. Screeding, tanking and backer board typically take longer than the delivery window, so tiles arriving on day 7 are rarely the bottleneck.

Order 10% over your measured area for cuts and breakages — 15% for herringbone, chevron or diagonal layouts. Full unopened boxes come back free within 30 days, so over-ordering is the cheap mistake and under-ordering is the expensive one.

Order the whole job in one go so every box comes from the same production batch. A top-up order weeks later can be a shade different.

If you genuinely need tiles tomorrow

For a same-week emergency repair, a local UK merchant is the right call — we would rather say so than sell you the wrong thing.

For a planned bathroom, kitchen, extension or renovation, a week of lead time is almost always available, and buying direct is where the saving lives.
